The channel guide we maintain here has two different types of listings. The simplest listing is a channel entry that describes the content and provides a link. You can simply click the link that is provided and you will start a download of the related video. Place the file into My Documents / My Videos and watch the video on your Xbox 360 or simply watch the video on your PC. You do not need to have an Xbox 360 to watch any of the videos here.
If you have an Xbox 360 that is properly connected you can place the video into My Documents / My Videos and watch the video you downloaded via Media Center on your Xbox. If you need to set up your Xbox 360 to your Windows XP Media Center PC you can click here for an article to help you get started with the process.
Right now there is a new trend with video on the internet that sprang from the Podcast effort. This effort has become known in the trades as 'videocasting' or IPTV. IPTV stands for Internet Protocol Television – or, put simply, video feeds that are made available using the same mechanisms Podcasts use—RSS links.
So the cooler way to get these IPTV programs is to use RSS links that are included in our channel listings on this site. Simply find the program you’re interested in the guide and follow steps outlined here.
You do need one program however to bridge the gap between your Windows XP Media Center PC and the Internet. The program we like and recommend is RSS Radio from Dorada Software . With this software installed you’re ready (assuming you have already configured your Xbox 360 to connect to your Windows XP Media Center PC) to start subscribing to the many hours of free IPTV programs that are out there. If you want to learn how to set up your Xbox 360 to work with a Windows XP Media Center PC click here!
Follow these simple steps:
1. Copy the RSS link from our channel guide by highlighting the link and using the keyboard copy command (Control+C)
2. Open RSS Radio
3. Select from the Action Menu: Add a New Subscription: By URL
4. Paste the link into the dialog (Control+V)
5. Click OK
6. Now Right Click the new listing
7. Select Subscription Options

8. Set the download path
9. Name the Feed
10. Click OK

11. Right Click your listing
12. Now Download New Programs or All Programs
RSS Radio will now download the new television programs as they appear. You simply log into Media Center on your Xbox 360 and watch and enjoy.
